The people there are so attentive to what you are telling them about your pet. Dr explains everything so you can understand. Staff is also extremely attentive , explaining pricing and loving my kitty .

My family has a long-standing relationship with Dr. Mills and his father, as my grandparents, mother, father, and I have all entrusted our beloved pets to their care. I can honestly say that I would not trust any other veterinarian with my furry companions. Dr. Mills is incredibly thorough in his examinations, taking his time to check every detail and clearly explaining each step of the process. He ensures that you understand everything and is considerate of your budget, always striving to provide the best possible care for your pet. The staff at Pasadena Vet is wonderful, friendly, and compassionate, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. On several occasions, I have had to bring my pet, Ollie, in just before closing. Dr. Mills has consistently gone above and beyond, staying late to ensure Ollie received the necessary care, rather than asking us to return the next day. During emergencies, he has kept the clinic open specifically for Ollie, and despite it being well past closing time, he and his staff never made us feel like an inconvenience. In my opinion, he is the finest veterinarian in the state. He views pets not merely as animals, but as cherished family members, a quality that many veterinarians unfortunately lack.

Dr. Mills and the staff at Pasadena Veterinary Hospital are awesome. Twice they were able.to get our sick cat in when everywhere else said no. They took excellent care of her and its easy.to tell they really do care. I highly recommend.
